1. GENERAL

1.1 The domain meritalaurel.com is a website operated by the company Gregor Art   Music (hereinafter referred to as “Merita Laurél Shop”, “us” or “we”) with its registered office at Bogenstraße 51, 20253 Hamburg, Germany.

1.2 These Terms and Conditions apply when you, as a customer (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer" or "you"), place an order through www.meritalaurel.com and associated pages (the "Website"). By entering into this agreement, you also confirm that you have read and accepted our Privacy Policy.

1.3 To be able to shop on our website, the customer must be at least 18 years old under German law.

1.4 Merita Laurél Shop reserves the right to make any visual and typographical errors on the site, such as errors in the description, technical specifications, prices and price adjustments. In the event of an incorrect price for an ordered item, Merita Laurél Shop will inform the customer and wait for the customer's approval of the corrected price before proceeding with the order.

In some cases, Merita Laurél Shop may encrypt its digital products to provide additional security.

2 ORDERS

2.1 When the customer has placed an order on the website, a purchase agreement is concluded between the customer and Merita Laurél Shop. Merita Laurél Shop recommends that the customer keep the order confirmation for future contact with our customer service. The order confirmation is also the confirmation that the purchase has been completed.

2.2 The customer is responsible for ensuring that the information provided, such as email, name and address, is correct and up-to-date.

3. PRICES AND PAYMENT

3.1 The prices on our website are valid for orders placed on the website. All prices are inclusive of VAT (for delivery within the EU). In countries outside the EU, VAT is not included.

3.2 The Customer is responsible for paying any customs duties to customs or an equivalent authority in the country to which the Product(s) are finally delivered.

4. DELIVERY OF DIGITAL PRODUCTS

4.1 All digital streaming media (video packages) purchased in the Merita Laurél Shop are accessible immediately after purchase. The customer is redirected to our website immediately after paying with PayPal™ and receives a personal password to stream the purchased video package. The customer requires internet access on any common streaming device such as a smartphone, tablet, computer, notebook or smart TV. Streaming media is available online and can be viewed by the customer as often as they like for 90 days from the date of purchase.

4.2 For all other digital products purchased in the Merita Laurél Shop, such as e-books, audio books or digital music, the customer receives an individual password immediately after purchase to access the protected download page. Here you can immediately download the purchased product to your device such as a smartphone, tablet, computer or notebook. The personal password for the download page is valid for 48 hours from the date of purchase to download the purchased files.

4.3 If after purchasing a digital product you are not directed to the download/streaming section on our website or you do not receive an email from PayPal™ with your order confirmation after placing your order, please contact our customer support team by emailing support@meritalaurel.com with your transaction details. We will get back to you as soon as possible, usually within two working days.

5. RETURN, CANCELLATION AND EXCHANGE OF DIGITAL PRODUCTS

5.1 All digital items purchased in the Merita Laurél Shop are non-refundable.

5.2 All digital products offered for sale in the Merita Laurél Shop are considered "used" once access to the download area has been granted, downloaded or opened. Unfortunately, this means that if you are dissatisfied with the product, we have a strict refund policy and do not accept returns, withdrawals, exchanges, credits or refunds.

This applies equally to all analogue products in the Merita Laurél Shop, such as personalised photo prints, cards, CDs, physical books or other analogue media formats that are individual copies personalised for each customer.

6. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Merita Laurél Shop reserves the right to refuse a customer's order without giving any reason. In this case, Merita Laurél Shop will refund the refused customer the price paid for the purchased products within 2 working days via PayPal™ transaction.

7. FORCE MAJEURE

Merita Laurél Shop is exempt from compensation and other measures if the fulfillment of the contract is prevented or delayed by circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather, new/amended legislation, lack of permits, war, fire, flood, disruptions in the labor market, technical problems, sabotage, unfavorable transport conditions, terrorist attacks, changed government orders, as well as delays in the performance of subcontractors due to the above circumstances. Merita Laurél Shop will inform the customer accordingly if such circumstances arise and if the situation lasts longer than six weeks, both the customer and Merita Laurél Shop have the right to cancel the purchase with immediate effect.

8. CHANGES TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Merita Laurél Shop may make changes to the Terms and Conditions from time to time. When such changes are made, Merita Laurél Shop will make a new copy of the Terms and Conditions available on its website.

Your continued use of our website following any changes to the Terms and Conditions will mean that you accept the changes.

9. APPLICABLE LAW

These General Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements in which we offer you services are subject to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
