  • Which program/software do I need to read the e-book?

    All our e-books in the Merita Laurél Shop are PDF files that can be read on computers, notebooks, tablets and smartphones using free software. The most common PDF software is Adobe Acrobat Reader, which you can download and install for free here if you don't already have it installed on your device.

  • Is it possible to increase the font size of the e-book?

    Yes, even in the free version of Adobe Acrobat Reader you can adjust the font size as desired for a pleasant reading experience.

  • On which devices can I download and read the e-book?

    You can download the purchased e-book on any device that can read PDF files: your computer, notebook, tablet or smartphone. We recommend that you back up the e-book file, for example, on your personal external drive, so that you can use it in the future to read it on a new device that you personally use.

  • Do purchased e-books have an expiration date?

    No, once you have purchased an e-book from the Merita Laurél Shop, you can use it without an expiration date if you save the file on your device or as a backup.

  • When can I download and read the purchased e-book?

    Immediately after completing your order with PayPal™, you will be automatically redirected to our Merita Laurél Shop "back to the dealer" and will receive the link to the download page including your individual password for access to the download page.

  • What should I do if I don't know how to download the file to my device?

    Don't worry, on the download page we have added a detailed step-by-step photo description on how to download the e-book file to your device.

  • What can I do if I accidentally delete the purchased e-book from my device more than 48 hours after purchase?

    To prevent purchased files from being accidentally deleted, we recommend that you create a backup, for example on your personal external drive.

  • Can I read the e-book offline?

  • Can I listen to the audiobook offline?

    Yes, once you have downloaded the MP3 file of the audio book to your device such as a computer, notebook, tablet, smartphone or MP3 player, you can listen to it offline, i.e. without using an internet connection while listening.

  • Is each song in the music album a single file or is the entire album one file?

    Each song is a single MP3 file, which means that if you purchase a music album with 12 tracks, you can download all 12 files in the album.

  • On which devices can I play the digital music album?

    You can download the purchased music album to any device that can play MP3 files, for example smartphones, tablets, notebooks, computers.

  • Can I listen to the music album offline?

    Yes, once you have downloaded the MP3 files of the album to your device such as a computer, notebook, tablet, smartphone or MP3 player, you can listen to it offline, that is, without using an Internet connection while listening.

  • When can I download the purchased music album?

  • On which devices can I stream the video bundle?

  • Which program or software do I need to stream the video bundles?

    You do not need any additional software to stream our video packages. All you need is internet access and an internet browser such as Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari or similar to access the meritalaurel.com website.

  • What exactly is a video bundle?

    At Merita Laurél Shop, we offer our videos as “packages,” meaning there is more than one individual video to stream (usually between 3 and 12) to provide our customers with higher video quality for the 45-90 minutes total runtime of each package’s video content.

  • Can I download the videos?

    No, our videos are streaming media and not available for download.

  • Can I watch the videos offline?

    Unfortunately not, our streaming media such as video packages require internet access during streaming.

  • When can I stream the purchased video bundle?

    Immediately after completing your order with PayPal™, you will automatically be redirected to our Merita Laurél Shop and receive the link to the streaming site including your individual password for access to the streaming site.

  • Do purchased video bundles for streaming have an expiration date?

    Yes, our video streaming packages are available for 90 days from the date of purchase. This means that for 90 days you can stream the video packages whenever and as often as you want. After 90 days, your password for accessing the streaming site will expire.

  • What can I do if I have a technical problem?

    Please check if your internet connection is working. Reload the current page again. If streaming the videos still doesn't work, you can contact our customer service by sending an email with a description of the problem (and preferably with screenshots attached) to support@meritalaurel.com. We will try to get back to you as soon as possible, usually within two business days.

  • How can I place an order?

    Ordering on our website is easy and secure. Once you have found the product you want to buy, click on the "ADD TO CART" button of your preferred size and currency to add it to your shopping cart. The next step is on the PayPal™ page where you can log in with your PayPal™ account or checkout as a guest. Follow the instructions during the checkout process to complete your order. Your order will not be placed until the very end of the checkout process when you are asked for your preferred payment method, have entered your name and address details and clicked "PAY NOW".

  • How do I know if my order was successful?

    When you place an order on our website, PayPal™ will send you an email confirming your order and all delivery and billing address details, including all items you have ordered. Please check that all information in this confirmation email is correct, as incorrect information may cause delays to your order.

  • I have not received an order confirmation, what should I do?

    If you have placed an order with us but have not received an order confirmation from PayPal™, it may be because an incorrect email address was provided. Please also check your junk mail to make sure the confirmation has not been sorted there. Contact us at support@meritalaurel.com and check if we have registered an order for you and correct your email address so that you can receive your order confirmation. It may also be because the order has not been fulfilled. Please contact us before placing a new order to avoid duplicate orders.

  • Can I make changes to my order after purchase?

    Unfortunately we are unable to make changes to an existing order, but if you contact us immediately we will attempt to cancel the order before it leaves our warehouse. Once your purchase has been cancelled you can create a new order for the correct products, avoiding duplicate orders.

  • How do I access the download/streaming file(s)?

    Immediately after completing your order with PayPal™, you will be automatically redirected to our Merita Laurél Shop by clicking on "back to retailer" and will receive the link to the download page including your individual password for accessing the purchased item.

  • Can I cancel/withdraw an order?

    Since digital products offered for sale in the MERITA LAURÉL SHOP are considered "used" after obtaining access to the download area, after downloading or opening, we have a strict refund policy in case of dissatisfaction with the product and do not accept exchanges, returns, credits or refunds.

  • What payment method do you offer?

    The payment partner of our Merita Laurél shop is PayPal™. It is available worldwide with SSL encryption and can be used with your PayPal™ account or you can order as a guest with the most common credit cards.

  • Is shopping in the online shop safe?

    Your data is treated confidentially and encrypted with the most secure server software SSL (Secure Socket Layer). The encrypted information of your order, your name, your address, your credit card or bank details cannot be read by third parties. Credit card payments are also verified using the 3D Secure procedure for your security.
